Predator BISS and CAID editor

got it form rippmanuk today and it's very easy to use.

You can edit BISS keys and CAIDs.

register the ocx using the bat file

the ones to thank for this handy application is :

First of all Eurocrypt - the one that's got the skill to create it

In some respect me that described "how to" and delivered the final ocx

and Coolguy121 that pointed out some critical bugs that Eurocrypt corrected in v 1.7, to make it what it is now.
